Gaurav is a practicing Chartered accountant with over 15 years of experience. His work has largely been focused on business strategy and capital expansion with expertise in Mergers/ demergers, corporate restructuring and acquisition strategy. He also specializes in start up advisory and business turnaround specialist for sick and non performing assets. He has been instrumental in turning around ailing businesses into profitable assets in India and Japan.
